Elliot’s story

This is Elliot, he is 10 years old and loves the beach, watching football and bouncing. He first began having seizures at 3 months old and as he grew began missing milestones such as rolling and being able to sit unaided. We were referred for genetic testing when he was one and received the STXBP1 diagnosis when he was 18 months. Elliot is the heart of his family and brings them so much joy. He has a big brother, Sebastian, and a chocolate labrador called Gunner who both completely dote on him.
